Cesar Cage is a Bronx-based filmmaker, actor, writer, director and producer, and the founder of Regen – One Visions. Silent Resonance is his first completed short film as writer/director, created with the goal of telling human stories that bring people together and remind us that despite our differences, we’re not all that different.

Three years after a devastating outbreak has torn civilization apart, James is still haunted by the disappearance of the woman he loved, who was taken by a mysterious group known as the Disciples. While trying to survive alongside a small group of survivors, James discovers that she may not only still be alive, but has become a central figure in a much larger conflict surrounding Haven—a place that may represent humanity’s best chance at survival.
